How soon before our event should we book the DJ and/or Photobooth?

Book and secure your spot as soon as possible! There are peak seasons and holidays that get scheduled in advance and availability becomes scarce. Get ahead of the crowd and secure your preferred date as soon as you can!

Do you have liability insurance?

Yes. We are licensed and carry full liability insurance.

Copies of insurance information can be provided upon request.

How to enquire about availability and pricing?

Locate the appropriate contact form *HERE*, Fill the form out completely and provide us the details of the event you are planning, and hit submit; we will receive your request, review the details and send you a custom quote.

What does our DJ booking process Look like?

Once you have received the quote and you’re ready to book us for your event. Let us know you’re ready to move forward, and we will send you our contract. Please review the contract completely and verify the dates, location, and other details specific to your event, and you will be able to sign electronically. You then will be taken to the payment screen, and a 25% and non-refundable deposit is required to secure the date and your place on our booking schedule. Once the contract is signed and the deposit is received then, the date is officially reserved.

What should I expect after booking?

Immediately after booking, you will receive an email with the event pre-planning guideline- Jump-start the planning process by going over the guideline and coming up with a basic timeline of the day, and preparing yourself for the upcoming phone meeting.

Within two weeks of booking, we will have a telephone meeting where we will go over the pre-planning guideline and discuss the timeline you have created thus far. We go over various details of your event, and you can bring us up to speed on the vision you have for the event. We will explain how our digital planning portal works and answer any questions you may have.

Digital Planning Portal- We use a state-of-the-art application with Realtime planning of your specific event and easy sharing of your music library. We will take the timeline provided to us from the telephone meeting and upload it and set up the app with your event specifics, we will then send you a link to access it! Now we are getting to the fun part!! From here, we will be able to work together in creating the mood and style of music that matches your specific music tastes, and there will be segments where you can share with us all of your special songs for the highlight moments, and you will even be able to share any Must play and Do Not play song selections.

40 days before the event is a pivotal time! At the 40-day-mark the final payment is due, and most importantly, it will be time for a final review and finalization of the timeline and have all of the special song requests in. We will have another phone meeting with the planning specialist where we go over everything from start to finish, fine-tune all the details, and obtain any additional announcements.

Two weeks before the wedding, you will get an additional call from the DJ going over the event in detail.

The DJ and planning team will be available to you for any questions and help along the way!

What else am I responsible for covering?

Outdoor Events- If your event is outdoors, you will need to provide a min 10×10 covering (or canopy) to provide protection from the elements for the DJ and the Equipment.

Ample Power – The Client must ensure there is sufficient power supply is present at the site of the Ceremony and/or the Reception Venue (indoors or outdoors) A minimum of one (two is preferred) 20-amp circuit outlet from a reliable power source within 50 ft (along a wall) of the set-up area. (If adequate power is not available, discuss this with us before booking so we can provide solutions to have adequate power to perform the services safely.
